DigitalPixie Customs is a one-woman business. Each item is carefully designed, hand-pressed, packaged, and dispatched by me, although sometimes I do manage to rope some of my poor unsuspecting friends into wrap parties, just not the kind they were hoping for.

Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your shipment notification, as all orders are made-to-order.

Exchanges and Returns

Each custom is made to order based on the design agreed and approved prior to production. For this reason, all custom product sales are final, and I do not offer exchanges or returns on these items.

Once a design has been approved, the hoodie is produced exactly as specified. By approving your design, you confirm that all details are correct.

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify me within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photographs of the damage along with your message so the issue can be assessed promptly.

Returns on custom items are not accepted unless previously agreed upon in exceptional circumstances.

Please note that this policy is in place due to the personalised nature of each item.

International Orders

All orders are prepared and shipped from the United Kingdom. As a result, international customers may be required to pay VAT and/or customs duties upon arrival in their country. Please ensure you are aware of and prepared for these charges before placing your order.

If these charges are not paid and the shipment is returned to me, I will notify you and provide photographic confirmation of the returned package. I can arrange to resend your order; however, you will be required to cover the shipping cost again, as original shipping fees are not refunded once the item is returned to the UK.

Please note that I am not responsible for any unpaid VAT or customs charges. Failure to pay these charges does not qualify for a refund, as this policy is clearly stated prior to purchase.

Having Issues?

If you experience any issues with the quality of your hoodie, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.

Before contacting me, please do not attempt to repair, alter, or fix the item yourself, as this may affect the outcome of any resolution. (Fun fact: super glue and fabric definitely don’t mix!)

Once I’ve reviewed the issue, I’ll advise on the best next steps to ensure it’s put right.
